Drive the execution of the Perfect Store program to optimize and drive precision execution in market. Responsible for developing channel specific strategies and category blueprints to facilitate the flawless execution of our commercial plans. Focus on utilizing store/channel data analytics to identify growth opportunities and to develop execution recommendations to grow in-store space, drive profitability and sales growth. Create a clear vision/roadmap that drives cross functional alignment and insight centric, fact-based action planning. Manage world class standards merchandising materials and in store programs. Responsibilities Utilizing store level data to diagnose performance and identify future growth opportunities for PEP products in market based on emerging channels/geography. Plan and map the development of precision execution to drive visibility and availability of PEP products in market. Create the roadmap for rollout out e.g: region, city, and timeline and to support AOP and ROI optimization in conjunction with DX AMESA COE & BU Sales Transformation/GTM. Embed in-store execution standards and guidelines across Category for Integrated Planning, Shopper/Trade Marketing, Field Execution, and Sales & Category Plan planning. Be part of BU channel governance forums. Own and embed voice of the customer inputs in BU strategy and initiative development planning i.e. target outlets, location in store by channel for NPD planning. Ensure that in store execution solutions are viable and representative of what is needed to drive brand and PEP objectives e.g: NPD distribution ask possible vs store attributes. Ensure X-functional stakeholder co-ordination and planning incorporated into Perfect Store Development. Brand plans, NPD timing and GTM targets Net Rev Price Pack Architecture plans and key price points POS budget, development timelines and planning to enable Perfect Store vision Lead the Customer Value Offer and Picture of Success creation, in conjunction with Center of Excellence COE to create execution enablers for GTM teams: Planogram Must stock range Kit infrastructure (Racks) required Granular tracking / score carding v KPIs (PACE PS dashboard analytics) Leading BU teams to understand Scorecard tracking, ROI of plans; facilitate course correction and identify capabilities/performance gaps. Explain the drivers of any execution issues and agree recommendations to address Collaborate with commercial leaders to ensure that integrity of blueprints is maintained as they are executed. Support regional teams to build BU DX capability through the incorporation of new tools/best practice and deployment of playbooks and capability building workshops Act as key BU partner for Center of Excellence COE team to tailor and drive deployment of Global commercial capability . Qualifications Minimum 7-10yrs FMCG experience Commercial and Strong analytical ability & mindset Comfortable working with different data sources to generate insights, highlight sales opportunities and frame them within the commercial context to drive action An outstanding strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, pay attention to detail and overcome barriers Experience and in-depth understanding of both execution and strategy development Operational experience in the marketplace e.g., ASM and KSAM and ideally head office assignment Able to build strong relationships with peers and senior management, with the ability to collaborate and advise at all levels Project management and drive for results, proven ability to prioritize, manage complexity and delivery against commercial targets Proven experience of developing/executing in-store strategy (assortment, execution standards, innovation program) Proven experience of implementing new practices/approaches
