Job Description

We are looking for Lawyer/Paralegal based in Dubai to become a part of our international team.

About us:

INOI is international electronics brand founded by Nokia & Samsung distribution team with over 30 years’ experience in mobile phone business.

We have our own production in China (OEM) as well as a wide range of distribution channels in more than 30+ countries.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Counsel product and broad cross-functional teams on a wide range of issues regarding existing and future products.
• Build positive relationships with teams and advise multiple levels of management on legal issues.
• Draft, supervise, and close, a wide variety of agreements, including product documentation, and partnership agreements.
• Lead product launch processes, including software release checklists and questionnaires.
• Continue to learn and calibrate in this rapidly changing industry related to issues associated with identity management, targeted marketing and associated privacy implications and serve as an internal subject matter authority in those areas
• Anticipate client needs to facilitate the creation and improvement of processes, forms, templates, knowledge resources, and training to drive efficiency.
• Prepare and negotiate settlement agreements, license agreements, vendor agreements, and customer agreements.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of accredited law school.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a law firm environment.
• Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
• Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must.
• Native or Fluent English.
• Native or Fluent Russian.
