Senior Interior Architectural Designer
Job Description
A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Senior Interior Architectural Designer.
Main Duties:
- Responsible for producing design and shop drawings including all details for architectural and interior projects (As-built drawings, plans, elevations, sections, architectural and furniture drawings, etc.).
- Maintain and organize project files, schedules, design agendas, and specifications.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meet with clients to program the project requirements.
- Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, mood boards, furnishings, and fixtures.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- Experience in researching, selecting, and specifying materials and finishes.
- Experience with residential and commercial building materials, details, and construction techniques.
- Competent in drafting, issuing design drawings, 3D renders and visuals.
- Proficient software skills including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
- Detail oriented, organized, highly creative, deadline driven, and fast paced team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
