HVAC Supervisor

Job Description

• Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Scheduling and supervising HVAC technicians and ensuring they follow proper procedures
• Assisting with the design and planning of HVAC projects
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
• Coordinating with clients and other contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Providing technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians
• Performing regular maintenance and performance checks on HVAC systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC problems
• Keeping accurate records and documentation of HVAC maintenance and repair activities.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
