Job Responsibilities
Support and monitor express operations to ensure effective and efficient workflow to achieve objectives within quality standards
Assess the delivery requirements and arrange as per the stipulated timeline
Follow-up on inbound/outbound operations in accordance with the standard procedures and quality of service
Conduct Rate studies and analysis
Conducting Daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Provide insightful data analysis to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
Give operational trainings to outsource agents
Set up standard compliance operating procedures
Negotiate pricing offers based on business profiles
Job Requirements
Minimum one year experience
Degree in business administration or industrial engineering
Experienced in Microsoft office
Fluent in English
Team Player
Excellent command in communication skills
