Executes tasks under guidance. Emerging proficiency in AP competencies.
Knows high level goals and may solicit help to achieve them. Able to manage supplier & sub contractor deliverables and completing sourcing and close out of contracts.
Able to work in a fast paced environment with rapid turnaround of deliverables.
Demand planning visibility for managing workload, cost forecasting and meeting stakeholder requirements.
Works under guidance of a sub contracts manager.
Developing skills in claims resolution, warranty claims, LD’s for items and/ or services procured.
Is attuned to changes in supplier performance and escalates issues appropriately.
Understands currency fluctuation and can perform a comparison of offerings in alternative currencies.
Can effectively evaluate payment term, Inco term and milestone payment options. Understands and utilizes company’s systems/tools relevant to job role to complete assigned activities.
Site based role
Bachelors degree – 1 to 3 years experience in office environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
