Assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager to plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet to ensure the outlet provides quality Food and Beverage service that is consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with the budget and forecast.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant
• International experience preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Committed to and passionate about the food and beverage industry
• Willing to work flexible hours
