Description:
We鈥檙e seeking an experienced SDM (Solution Delivery Manager) is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization. They are in charge of a variety of tasks, such as rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. A service delivery manager plays a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.
What you’ll do!
路 Examine the solution requests
路 Conduct a market and competitive study.
路 Oversee the Technical Team’s investigation and identification of solution technical needs.
路 Divide solution into tasks and assign to Tech Team
路 Plan relation and dependencies to identify expected date of delivery
路 Put into effect full project plan including all project activities and coordinate all relevant departments
路 Execute and follow up of project plan, updates and requirements
路 Coordinate delivery and implementation on the client side
路 Follow up the go live phase
路 Follow up with client in the service phase and plan for delivery of client requirements and requests
路 Coordinate allocation of core team tasks according to skills and capabilities to ensure product delivery according to standards
路 Manage and coach different team members on technical and non-technical aspects to achieve their full potential
路 Handle and liaise client relation and act as the client interface
路 Staff and recruit in cooperation with HR
路 Oversee technical support for team members to ensure they have needed tech informatio
Requirements
What you should have!
路 A bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
路 Proven experience in project management, Agile framework, and software development processes.
路 Excellent in Microsoft Project and JIRA for project management
路 Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
路 Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
路 Exceptional customer-facing skills
路 Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
路 Excellent communicator (speaking and writing)
