Description:

We鈥檙e seeking an experienced SDM (Solution Delivery Manager) is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization. They are in charge of a variety of tasks, such as rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. A service delivery manager plays a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.

What you’ll do!

Examine the solution requests

Conduct a market and competitive study.

Oversee the Technical Team’s investigation and identification of solution technical needs.

Divide solution into tasks and assign to Tech Team

Plan relation and dependencies to identify expected date of delivery

Put into effect full project plan including all project activities and coordinate all relevant departments

Execute and follow up of project plan, updates and requirements

Coordinate delivery and implementation on the client side

Follow up the go live phase

Follow up with client in the service phase and plan for delivery of client requirements and requests

Coordinate allocation of core team tasks according to skills and capabilities to ensure product delivery according to standards

Manage and coach different team members on technical and non-technical aspects to achieve their full potential

Handle and liaise client relation and act as the client interface

Staff and recruit in cooperation with HR

Oversee technical support for team members to ensure they have needed tech informatio

Requirements

What you should have!

A bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, Agile framework, and software development processes.

Excellent in Microsoft Project and JIRA for project management

Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.

Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams

Exceptional customer-facing skills

Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent communicator (speaking and writing)
