Job Type Full-time Description Glenwood State Bank is looking for a Customer Care Representative to serve our Alexandria location. Customer Care Representative will serve our customers in person, as well as over the phone.

The ideal candidate would deliver an exceptional customer experience, by providing our customers with fast, friendly service while efficiently and accurately processing customer transactions. Must have ability to work days from 7am to 6pm and rotating Saturday mornings. Must possess flexibility, dedication, and excellent customer service skills. Strong computer skills a plus.
