Responsibilities”Minimum of 3 years to 5 Years of relevant experience in Functional Testing or Quality Assurance in Banking Sector\nMinimum of 1 to 2 years of domain experience in LOS, Non Trade Assets or any other banking operations.\nTo understand the functional scope and new business requirements of the engagement\nTo raise clarifications (if any) upon understanding the requirement documents\nActively participate in requirement clarification calls ad related other discussions\nTo create test design for the module allocated by covering all possible positive and negative scenarios without missing any new requirements\nTo draft Traceability matrix along with the test design document to match it with the requirements given\nTo provide test design walkthrough to the business users\nTo enhance the test design based on business users review comments\nTo follow up and obtain sign off from business users on the test design\nEnable the Automation team to identify the automation scope from the functional test design pack\nUpload the identified test pack to Test management tool for reporting and monitor purposes\nPerform Smoke and Sanity testing on the environment and report any discrepancy accordingly\nPerform SIT, UAT & Regression testing as per the program timeline and ensure to maintain the program agreed productivity\nReport quality functional defects in all testing rounds and effectively track them towards fixing & closure\nEffectively participate in daily defect triage calls and represent defects raised by the tester\nDuring the testing rounds, prioritize between new test cases execution and long pending defects retesting\nEffectively tag all failed test cases in all defects\nEffectively capture screenshots as testing evidence on all test execution\nTo avoid defects closing with Clarification, Reject or Duplicate as defect Injection category\nTo ensure to raise 95% of quality defects\nTo report internally on the daily execution and defect data as requested by the lead \/ test manager\nTo voice out the challenges at the right time and in the right forum”
