IST Networks is seeking to fill an Application Developer role, to be based in our Smart Village Head Office in Cairo. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications.

As an Application Developer you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality and recommending changes to existing Java-based applications, amongst other duties.

Your day-to-day tasks as an Application Developer will vary depending on your level of ownership over one application or many.

● Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

● Write well designed, testable, efficient code

● Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications

● Prepare and produce releases of software components

● Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
