IST Networks is seeking to fill a System Engineer role, to be based in our Smart Village Head Office in Cairo.
The Engineer to be hired will be responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting Genesys components and applications. Besides, Providing support for live projects through Service Edge.
Your day-to-day tasks as a System Engineer will vary depending on your level of ownership over one application or many.

β Install and configure Genesys components.
β Provide maintenance and technical support for Genesys implementations through on-call and Service Edge platform.
β Investigate the quality of voice and data loss on the network.
β Provide onsite support and implement change in request if needed.
β Generate out of the box reports.
β Configure and customize reports for customers.
