We bring out the best in wells and people. Step into the world of customer satisfaction and worker-friendly computer terminals by becoming a Halliburton Information Technology Desktop Analyst. When problems are not resolved at the service level, you step in and fix them. You are the troubleshooter and respondent to service desk tickets for software and hardware issues, including remote support of PC’s and peripherals in a networked environment. You also assist with the installing and de-installing of software, PC’s and peripherals. An A+ certificate or equivalent work experience and minimum of a year of experience in IT desktop support basic networking experience are required.
