Job Description
Job Objective
:
The Talent Management Senior Officer is responsible for all Organization Development activities,
Employees Learning & Development initiatives, in addition to supporting in the Talent Acquisition process.
Handles all the OD activities:
Plans manpower plan with departments’ heads for each year.
Develops Organization competency framework.
Creates the Policies and Procedures related to the employees for both TKH & SE.
Standardizes the levels & grades as per SE pay structure
Creates TKH Employee’s Handbook.
Enhances the Performance Management cycle.
Creates the JDs and applies relevant methods including but not limited to(Workload analysis, Job analysis…etc)
Updates the TKH, SE & Coventry org charts.
Develops Assessment Methods that will support in better candidate’s selection.
Leads all the L&D initiatives:
Conducts Orientation Sessions for new hires.
Identifies with the head of departments the employees’ training needs analysis.
Implements training programs with the best training providers (Internal or external) according to the approved budget.
Gathers trainings’ feedback from the employees to assess the quality of the provider.
Participates in Team building events to tackle the organization’s need.
Assesses the employees Capabilities and designs their individual development plans.
Creates and implements Succession planning program which involves an integrated systematic approach for identifying, developing and retaining capable and skilled employees in line with current and projected business objectives.
Supports in Talent Acquisition:
Supports in Sourcing, Head hunting, Screening, and Filtering CVs.
Interviews Shortlisted Candidates.
Sends feedback to the Hiring manager(s).
