Job Title : Senior Specialist
Reporting To : Deputy Director and senior Manager Section Talent Development Center

. JOB PURPOSE Support the Talent Development Center section in terms of Succession Planning, Career Path Planning, Talent Assessment and identification of high potential employees. Support Employee Performance Management.
3. KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
1- Support the Succession Planning and Performance Management system implementation process.
2- Carry out the Talent Balance Sheet reporting process.
3- Construct reporting and data analytics to support the Talent Pipeline.
4- Prepare Individual Development Plans (IDP) with line managers.
5- Support the design and implementation of the Talent Identification Program.
6- Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate.
7- Link the results of Individual Performance Plan with training and development programs.
8- Carry out a Communication and Monitoring process to manage the utilization of the IDP process.
9- Submit periodic reports on Talent Management initiatives.
10- Contribute to construction, launch and utilization of the Technical Skills Competency Framework

Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Human Resources from a recognized University with 8 years of working experience in training departmentÂ
