The Candidate

As a VIP Waiter/Waitress you will join a committed F&B team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

The VIBE at FIVE is all about performing optimally while having the best professional experience of your life. You will be expected to have a passion for your role, disrupt norms all whilst having the best time of your life.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on your feet’ during changing situations is also essential.

You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Key Responsibilities

Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the ‘new’ luxury and therefore deliver FIVE service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation, all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe!

Support the smooth running of all the Food & Beverage/ Guest Services departments, where all aspects of the guest’s service experience are considered ‘FIVE-star’ all the way!

Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries

Thorough knowledge of all of FIVE’s venues, menus, events and assorted guest offerings in order to assist guests at every opportunity

Take ownership of guest concerns, requests and act decisively in order to ensure guest approval

Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalized service, at all times

Ability to aptly process billing and related payments and adhere to all established control procedures for the same

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude

Previous experience in Night Clubs is mandatory

Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion

Ability to find creative solutions taking while ownership for all duties and tasks assigned

Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented

A lively and fun-to-work-with energy, at all times

Previous VIP Waiter/ Waitress experience and knowledge of reservation systems is preferred

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory and proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
