Our client is a well established holding company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with two head offices in Riyadh and overall seven branches. They are a family business withholding three entities within Catering, F&B and Investment Arm.

They are looking for a CEO to lead the implementation of the newly established endowment company including all aspects of the company’s operations with an emphasis on its return on investment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct the company toward its mission, vision, primary goals and objectives.
  
• Oversee employment decisions at an executive level.
  
• Develop a team while promoting a spirit of unity within the organization.
  
• Work in line with the board of directors; establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, develop and implement operational policies and strategic plans, and present regular reports on the status of the company’s operations.
  
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity (including budgeting, reporting, and auditing) and review the financial results of all operations.
  
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws, regulations and standards.
  
• Serve as the company’s representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, the government, and the public.
  
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior management and leadership position
  
• Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area
  
• Understanding of HR and personnel management
  
• Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations
  
• A advanced degree in business administration, finance, or law is preferred
  
• Proven negotiation and outstanding interpersonal skills
