Responsibilities

  • Coordination through Hotel Departments to anticipate guests’ needs.

  • Room Services duties in the room according to Hotel rules and standards.

  • Provide guests with all necessary information about hotel/ hotel activities/surroundings.

  • The Butler ensures that guests are delighted, and expectations are exceeded, providing personal service, and a warm, relaxed, yet refined ambiance.

  • The Butler performs all tasks in accordance with the standards established in the Four Seasons Resort Dubai. This includes, but not limited to, night turndown service, luggage delivery, packing/unpacking services and handling lost and found items.

  • The Butler acts as the coordinator in fulfillment of all food and beverage, In-Room Dining, wake up calls and amenity services.

  • The Butler inspects each assigned rooms cleaned by the attendants prior to guest’s arrival to ensure all the guests preferences are met.

  • Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within 5* luxury hotels.

  • Must be fluent in Russian.
