- Receive vacancies requests and perform the sourcing according to the required qualifications and job descriptions
- Help in creating job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose and scope of responsibilities (if not provided).
- Source candidates using different platforms and hiring channels
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Interview candidates to assess their skills.
- Create a complete record of interviews and new hires
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Mass hiring experience is a must
- Able to work under pressure
