  • Receive vacancies requests and perform the sourcing according to the required qualifications and job descriptions
  • Help in creating job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose and scope of responsibilities (if not provided).
  • Source candidates using different platforms and hiring channels
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Interview candidates to assess their skills.
  • Create a complete record of interviews and new hires

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Mass hiring experience is a must
  • Able to work under pressure
