One of our client in Saudi is seeking candidates for JANITOR and JANITRESS.



We are looking for a Janitor to work across a number of the hotel buildings. You will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the hotel looking perfect. To work well in this role you should have basic maintenance knowledge around the hotel buildings repairs and some experience cleaning.

• General cleaning of the hotel building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
  
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
  
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
  
• Perform minor repairs.
  
• Collect and dispose of trash.
  
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
  
• Routine heavy cleaning
  
• Moving heavy equipment & furniture
  
• Repairing equipment
  
• Document inspections and other maintenance activities
  
• Adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations
  

Requirements

• Filipino Male and Female
  
• Age 23 to 27 years old
  
• First timer to work abroad
  
• With Pleasing personality
  
• Ability to manage your time efficiently. Open minded applicants, jolly and nice to people can work under pressure
  
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
  
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
  
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
  
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
  
• Can speak English preferably College Level
