You’ll help us improve, inject innovation, and create new ways of working Today, looking for a talented Commercial Strategy Manager to join the team in Algiers. RISE TO THE CHALLENGE As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the market opportunities, designing, or updating the Commercial process to ensure a proper setup to achieve commercial targets More specifically you will: • Support development of short-and long-term vision and strategic plans for commercial strategy and new business models, both from market perspective and portfolio. • Generate insights from internal advanced analytics and screening of commercial development of the industry to initiate commercial strategy and business digitalization development activities. • Conduct complex multi-brand/multi-region analysis to understand the size of the opportunity and define appropriate KPIs and measures of success. • Understand the current vs future state of the business and identify key requirements/capabilities (technical and operational) needed to support the strategy. • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost and expenses. • Work alongside the Marketing Director and Head of B2B2C to support the strategic planning and prioritization of marketing spend recommending appropriate investment levels at a market and channel level, to maximize ROI, brand development & longer-term business growth. • Create key commercial presentations for the Executive Board and Senior Management Team on business performance and outlook Who we’re looking for: – Graduate in Business Studies, Commercial Institute is an asset – 7+ years’ experience of strategy & business model creation – Excellent problem solving, strategic & data-driven thinking and analytical skills – Ability to manage projects in a cross-functional context with excellent knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies – Outstanding team working and communication skills – Fluency in English & French both written & spoken FIND A NEW PATH PM Algeria offers you a fresh perspective.
