Our services have also expanded in 2020 beyond Brick & Mortars to include Cloud Kitchens and wide expansion in Virtual Brands. Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 6 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands.
As a Sushi Commis Chef, you will be cleaning fish, rolling, and preparing variety of sushi, maki, sashimi, using cooked and raw fish. You will be responsible on your section and supporting your team in the restaurant. You will be working in one of our restaurants in Dubai.
What you will do:
- Cleaning the fish and cut it as per the standards of the restaurants to be ready to be used for orders
- Sharpen the knife and prepare your station up to the standards before your duty starts
- Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy in all food orders
- Prepare and cook our customers’ orders to the highest standards with an extreme attention to details
- Work as per duty schedule and shift
- Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures
- Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting your colleagues to make sure the kitchen is set up for success
- Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards
