POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Senior MEP Manager, ideally from an Electrical Engineering background, you will assist and support our client in delivery of a large-scale master planned public realm design within the heart of Riyadh city center. Must be able to review and understand project documents for technical accuracy and quality to ensure adherence to project plan.
Additional tasks may include:
Preparing scope of work and change order technical documents, chairing technical meetings and taking minutes of meeting, resolving issues and developing solutions, understanding issues that resolve around schedule and budget compliance and value management.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) is required and typically 12+ years of Related Experience. Professional registration is required.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Requires proficiency in the application of design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts. Must be confident in resolving technical issues through review and discussion with design consultants, design reviewers and our client team. Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong presentation skills.
