Job Description

Accountabilities:-

  • Check the vehicle status as per job card instructions.
  • Recommend any additional repairs in coordination with service advisor and job controller.
  • Share service advisor in confirming quality issues mentioning in repair orders.
  • Ensure of handling repairing issues properly to gain customer satisfaction through vehicle examine by using all proper tools and equipment.
  • Drive vehicles for road-testing for long distances, record observations, ensure of quality repairs or additional job as necessary.
  • Support the team leaders or technical consultant for solving any technical difficulties.
  • Follow up safety and security procedures in workshop.

Specific Knowledge & Skills:-

  • Strong and deeply technical background in vehicles (Mechanical and Technical descriptions).
  • ISO standard guideline.
  • Bilingual.
  • Team work and co-operation.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in similar position or related to business.

Note:- Priority will be give to the candidates Holding Kuwait driving License issued before 2013.
