Envision Employment Solutions is currently on the look for Senior Product Managers for one of our partners, a multinational Logistics company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build deep understanding of our customers, consumers, market, and business operations to guide product delivery team to offer market-leading services products.
  • Drive the implementation of new product features by working with relevant business and engineering teams.
  • Write product/business requirement documents, stories, epics, test cases and use cases and other artefacts necessary for articulating product requirements.
  • Ensure healthy funnel growth of product trials, conversion, and retention.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive data, customer, and consumer needs to deliver
  • Ability to pull and manage actionable insights.
  • Design models and implement initiatives to improve customer lifetime value and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Develop process and framework around go-to-market, market segmentation, product launches and messaging.
  • Define the KPI’s that matter for our products and execute a roadmap that improves their performance
  • Represent the customer and product to the rest of the business
  • Ensure appropriate level of user testing is executed
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
  • Mentor other product managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital product management
  • Proven track record in developing personas, value propositions, and mapping and go-to-market strategies.
  • Highly skilled at analytical decision-making and ability to diagnose business issues and resolve problems.
  • Ability to gather intelligence from data, present findings, and decisions,
  • influence executive stakeholders, and execute independently on initiatives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, command respect, and influence without authority.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • previous experience in working on a consumer-facing product.
  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment, to manage and close the loop on multiple concurring tasks.
  • Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies and processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Competence in analyzing, reporting, and efficiently responding to quantitative and qualitative data.
  • understand how the design systems work, UX principles, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and validation of the designs.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders, product designers, and engineers.
