Envision Employment Solutions is currently on the look for a Head of Product Management for one of our partners, a well-known e-commerce company.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategic planning and manage the entire product portfolio
- Work on the product development process from initial research to production
- Evaluate end-user needs and product requirements to align them to the product life cycle
- Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities
- translate company strategy into products strategies, epics, features, benefits, and prototypes
- Create and analyze the product success metrics and statistics
- Create and execute the product strategy
- Do backlog prioritization
- Improve the user experience
- Streamline the product launch
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the business (sales, marketing, and Engineering) to ensure product success
- Mentor the Product Managers
Requirements:
- 8+ working experience as a Product Manager in B2C and B2B digital products
- Own the product strategic planning and manage the entire product portfolio
- Work on the product development process from initial research to production
- Evaluate end-user needs and product requirements to align them to the product life cycle
- Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities
- Translate company strategy into products strategies, epics, features, benefits, and prototypes
