Raya International Services, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is looking to hire an Oracle Project Manager with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

Nature of job impact:

  • Perform project control activities – including but not limited to – creating and maintaining detailed project plans, weekly status reports, financial health reports and meeting minutes and coordinating staffing activities using a shared resource pool.
  • Manage successful client ERP implementation/integration projects, including administration of contractual deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage customer expectations, deliver projects within scope and budget, and mitigate issues that may interfere with project success.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting and tracking.
  • Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
  • Track expense, project timeframe and customer satisfaction to achieve Project Gross Profit index.
  • Manage and communicate a clear vision of the projects objectives and motivate the Project Management team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
  • Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.

  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as, project charter, integrated project management plans, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of total experience, 2 of which in Project Management with 1-2 full lifecycle ERP implementation.
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle modules is preferable.
  • Familiarity with the Oracle methodology and corresponding documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite – including but not limited to – Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Educational Background:

  • B.Sc. from a reputable University preferably Communication, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • PMP certified is advantage.
