Manage relationships with vendors for the logistics aspects, including alignments and agreements

Manage all arrangements with vendors to build the related business plan

Analyze vendor management programs and identify continuous improvement processes

Monitor software sales trends in the focused areas, and build related reports

Make sure the execution of the vendors’ enablement plans for the Sales, Presales, and Technical teams

Define selling strategies for the vendors’ products/solutions

Develop a vendor selection strategy

Understand the vendors’ technical solutions and the pricing models

Build comparison between similar solutions from different vendors
