Raya is hiring HR Head with the below responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, develop and evaluate Human Resource functions that support strategic goals
- Ensure the ongoing development on both technical and interpersonal level skills for the team to ensure continuous career growth and development
- Act as an employee advocate partnering with the management representing labor standards to plan and execute strategies for ongoing employee engagement
- Oversee the implementation of Raya policies and procedures
- Manage the HR team to achieve HR plan and support operational needs
- Submit the HR budget of the company and monitor the performance during the year
- Manage the manpower planning process with department heads
- Coach department heads on conducting the earning needs analysis & performance management
- Support the employees in any needed area to maintain an employee-centric culture
Skills
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in which 5 years is in a management position.
