Job Description

  • Identify New Leads and Avenues for Business Development.
  • Prospecting of KSA market to determine sales strategy linked to major events in the region
  • Lead management through Zoho CRM
  • Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives, analysing existing data, market reports and trends
  • Manage and book meetings for the Commercial Director and attend as sales support
  • Key Account Management: handle up to SAR 2.5 million portfolio value per account
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with ability to demonstrate annual growth of key accounts in related industry
  • Existing network of KSA clients would be desirable
  • Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications and respond to stakeholder inquires
  • RFP lead- ability to take a brief, digest, gather all key info and assign owners with key deliverables to meet submission deadlines
  • Identify Marketing & Branding Opportunities in region
  • Prepare pitch presentations and Lead client meetings
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Clients needs and objectives
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships Business Development Support:
  • Work with other members of the organization to prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) from clients
  • Ensure that clients are aware of all the services the company can offer
  • Spot opportunities for new business and convert them into revenue
  • Actively sell the company’s services, projects and brand.

Skills

  • University graduate 
  • Must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in Sales / Account Management / Client Servicing role in KSA
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare monthly presentations for stake holders and senior management
  • Meticulously organized with ability to meet strict client deadlines
  • KSA Driver’s License – open to travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Available to start immediately (preferred
