Job Description
KHOUBOURAT HR Program is seeking to recruit an Accounting Specialist.
Main Duties:
- Create daily, monthly, and quarterly Program Financial Reports and documentations to the funding institution.
- Reviews all approvals are maintained for every payment, review and verify that all expenses are well-disposed with Internal Policy.
- Monitors all budget lines and ensures compliance with proposed budgets issued by donors/management.
- Maintain the filling system for all financial and accounting documents.
- Contribute to the preparation of the monthly financial report.
- Prepare monthly NSSF Payment.
- Assist in the Preparation of Monthly Payroll Salaries.
- Maintain records and receipts for all financial transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets, financial reports, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Any other tasks as requested by the manager.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
- Experience in report writing and working with funding program is a must.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
