KHOUBOURAT HR Program is seeking to recruit an Accounting Specialist.

Main Duties:

  • Create daily, monthly, and quarterly Program Financial Reports and documentations to the funding institution.
  • Reviews all approvals are maintained for every payment, review and verify that all expenses are well-disposed with Internal Policy.
  • Monitors all budget lines and ensures compliance with proposed budgets issued by donors/management.
  • Maintain the filling system for all financial and accounting documents.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the monthly financial report.
  • Prepare monthly NSSF Payment.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Monthly Payroll Salaries.
  • Maintain records and receipts for all financial transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheets, financial reports, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Any other tasks as requested by the manager.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
  • Experience in report writing and working with funding program is a must.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
