Job Description

• Complete all vehicle body panel & work up to the standard of the manufacturer
• Complete any additional Fabrication, Modifications work in agreed timescales to ensure client satisfaction
• Repairs damage to metal body work on vehicles and forms replacement vehicle panels
• Remove damaged panels and parts or removes upholstery and accessories to gain access
• Straighten damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment
• Repairs panels by welding on new sections
• Inform the Supervisor for any additional work required other than as mentioned on the job card based on the condition of the fleet

Skills

• Good understanding of English
• Able to work independently
• Able to replace parts such as Bumpers, Mirrors, Window lifters, Hinges, car seats etc.
• Knowledge of replacing windshields is a plus
• Able to use MIG, spot and oxy weld; will use a hammer & dolly flipper to press metal
• Aluminum repair & welding experience is a plus
