Job Description

• Look up parts in the system and provide knowledgeable information on parts
• Accurately record parts transactions and data into Dealer Management System – attention to detail is critical, escalate any issues that need to be addressed to correct any inbound packaging
• Provide logistical support to the Center’s workshop in the delivery of parts and sublet services externally sourced

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills the ability to follow instructions required
• Degree or Certificate from a University or Tafe program in Automotive Technology a plus
• To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with people inside the organization external customers
• To be at all times supportive of colleagues, particularly within the Dealer Volvo Truck and Bus Centre North & Scotland
