Job Description:

  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and chinaware as applicable on concept standard set by restaurant making sure that all are highly presentable and clean from opening to closing.
  • Present the menu to customers when seated and supply detailed information when asked on specials, recommendations and other basic queries(e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
  • Communicate the order details to the Kitchen Staff to ensure that the food and drinks to be served are as of expected form the time of order.
  • Up-sell added products when proper.
  • Supply excellent customer service to guest following health regulations at all times

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role from fine dining or stand-alone restaurant
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
