Job Description

Is Responsible for end-to-end implementation of Lab module. He/she must be a healthcare/life science graduate or Equivalent with minimum experience of 5 years in Lab and Analyzers Implementation.

Experience working with at least two EMR implementation project and should be aware of Implementation methodologies.

Application skills:

  • HL7, EDI & FHIR.

  • Middle ware

  • Lab Instruments and equipment’s/devices integration.

  • Specialty medical devices like Operation Theater Devices, Emergency Medical Devices, Dental, Maternity, Ortho, Neuro, Ophthal. etc

  • POCT

  • Barcodes and QR Codes

  • QC and QA

  • Lab Orders/workflows

  • Ambulatory and Inpatient journey

  • Should be fully aware of integrated data flow in EHR modules.

  • Well versed with Standards for HIMSS/EMRAM/Patient identification/Data privacy/HIPAA and safety & Medical Records.

Skills

Administrative skills:

  • Ability to build relationships in a consultative and collaborative manner.

  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated deliveries adhere to timelines.

  • Excellent MS Office skills, workflow diagrams, Document preparation and Presentation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly skilled in – Corporate presentations, Requirements gathering, Functional testing and troubleshooting, Validation scripts preparation and execution, Functional and business documentation, post go live support and End user support/training during project life cycle.
