Requirements for the New Sales Administrator:

 

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business Degree

 

Personality and Age requirement:

Clean, Presentable, Polite and Above 25 years old (no junior)

 

Language;

Fluent in oral and written English

 

Computer knowledge:

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook): Mandatory

SAP: Optional

 

Previous experience:

Minimum 5 years administrative and sales background in Multinational Company

 

Skills:

High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time

Ability to prioritize own workload / Manage time effectively by understanding priorities to achieve

results and meet deadlines

Ability to work in team and accept tasks/deadlines from others and complete those tasks with minimum

Ability to prioritize own workload / Manage time effectively by understanding priorities to achieve

results and meet deadlines

Ability to work in team and accept tasks/deadlines from others and complete those tasks with minimum supervision

Problem solving skills and Ability to work independently after probation period

Strong communication skills in Customer service and client management

Must be detail oriented and accurate

Good knowledge of math and Understanding numeric data /calculation

 

Flexibility in schedule: in case extra working hours required by manager for specific deadlines/projects

Knowledge of letter of credit (L/C)

 

*Providing references such as original university degree and recommendation letter from previous

employee, is mandatory.

 

**Previous Knowledge of OCTG business would be beneficial.
