The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are currently looking for a Sr. Business Development Analyst to become a part of the Commercial Setup and Readiness Division within the LTC Business &amp; Project Development Department. This division plays a crucial role as the proponent of business development activities, including the creation of essential business elements required to mitigate risks associated with the LTC program. Additionally, the division is responsible for overseeing the integration and governance of commercial aspects related to LTC projects, including transactions, agreements, and contracts.</p> <p>In this role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of work in alignment with the project scope and established plans. They will also handle any contingencies that may arise during the execution of the projects. The Sr. Business Development Analyst will contribute significantly to the success and advancement of the LTC program by actively driving commercial readiness and development efforts.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.</li> <li>Negotiate contract/legal agreements’ terms with potential partners and various stakeholders and communicate with concerned parties.</li> <li>Support and jointly work with projects’ teams to ensure contracts/agreements are developed and executed as agreed.</li> <li>Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.</li> <li>Make and give presentations to prospective partners and/or internal executives.</li> <li>Prepare and submit executable contracts and commercial agreements, in alignment with internal governance processes.</li> <li>Manage and oversee the strategic direction of commercial contracts and legal agreements through cross-functional leadership and in alignment with commercial and business strategy.</li> <li>Identify, validate, and implement recommendations of all commercial contracts and legal agreements pertaining to the LTC program.</li> <li>Serve as the liaison between Commercial Operations, Legal, and Compliance regarding said legal documents, ensuring full compliance with all statutes, laws, guidelines, policies, and procedures.</li> <li>Identify commercial and operational risks arising from the aforementioned contracts and legal documents.</li> <li>Read and analyze a large volume of contractual materials.</li> <li>Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency.</li> <li>Familiarity with contracting and reporting mechanisms.</li> <li>Day-to-day management of attorneys, contract specialists, temporary staff.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, or law with extensive experience in the refining and petrochemicals field.</li> <li>Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with a focus in the Refining &amp; Chemicals business and their integration.</li> <li>Additionally, have 5 years of experience in Business development and commercial contract development.</li> <li>Expected to have some technical and commercial background pertaining to industrial clusters and chemicals parks.</li> <li>Proven working experience as a business development manager or contract specialist.</li> <li>Proficiency in English.</li> <li>Market knowledge.</li> <li>Communication and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Ability to build rapport.</li> <li>Time management and planning skills.</li></ul>
