The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking to hire an Educational Technology Specialist who will be responsible for various roles and functions. These include developing and maintaining effective technology integration strategies for teaching and learning, delivering educational technology training and coordinating efforts among instructors, administrators, and support staff to ensure successful integration of instructional technology. Additionally, the specialist will assess how instructors incorporate technology in their classrooms, offering recommendations for improvement, and suggesting appropriate educational software.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify new hardware and software programs for job skills, academic, and safety training environments.</li> <li>Design and incorporate technology plans, tools, and programs into the learning environment effectively.</li> <li>Provide end user support for learning technologies, video creation, accessible technology, and classroom/conferencing technology.</li> <li>Instruct students and staff on the use of technology-based learning tools.</li> <li>Conduct research to evaluate the impact of new technologies on student learning outcomes.</li> <li>Assist staff in designing and developing educational materials aligned with learning outcomes and teaching strategies using technology solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex issues related to learning and collaborative technologies.</li> <li>Benchmark and provide recommendations on international VET technology training systems.</li> <li>Transform unstructured data into useful information through auto-tagging images and text-to-speech conversions.</li> <li>Solve complex problems involving multi-layered data sets and optimize existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Technology (Master’s Degree preferred)</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field</li> <li>Proficiency in English language (IELTS score of 7). Proficiency in Arabic language preferred.</li> <li>Technical background with excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Expertise in Apple hardware, Mac OS, and iOS software, as well as G Suite for Education</li> <li>Strong interest and experience in pedagogy and innovation</li> <li>Experience in training diverse instructors</li> <li>Exceptional project management and execution skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills</li></ul>
