<strong>Role Purpose</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Oversee productions coming into NEOM and drive support for the media sector in all areas of productions in both Arabic and English content.</li><li> Build upon years of line producing and management experience to build NEOM’s production service offering. Contribute to build the media sector in NEOM based on global production experience. Endeavour to bring international productions to film and work in NEOM.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities</strong><p><br></p><strong>Planning, Budget, and Strategy</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 5 years in global production experience essential</li><li> Bilingual with fluent English and fluent Arabic language skills</li><li> Suggest and implement specific production management procedures for external producers to enable efficient production and a positive experience.</li><li> Build budget templates for rebate incentive</li><li> Calculate incentives for incoming productions on any budget</li><li> Production manage and line produce productions that come to NEOM and facilitate on ground logistics and requirements</li><li> Facilitate all production management responsibilities for the screen office for producers</li><li> Produce any given content when requested from media sector</li><li> Track all production management support documentation to support the media sector</li><li> Establish and build key relationships in KSA with suppliers for all production requirements at NEOM including sub aqua/aerial landscape</li><li> Advise all external partners on permitting procedure for location filming.</li><li> Fully support regional and international producers in all aspects of production within NEOM</li><li> Drive NEOM’s established production incentive and encourage adherence to NEOM’s policies and procedures.</li><li> Design specific agreements alongside lawyers to protect the environment &amp; labour law.</li><li> Develop budgets as and when required across the Media Sector</li><li> Keep track of expenditures and invoices allocated to productions</li><li> Offer range of production solutions for all production genres coming to the region and facilitate in all areas of production management and advise on production incentive.</li><li> Advise producers on budgetary demands for any production filming in NEOM</li><li> Liaise with all departments to ensure that incoming productions have a positive experience in NEOM</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>People Management</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Mentor, develop and guide local talent in all aspects of production and production management with a view to targeting vocational training on location and throughout productions.</li><li> Build an on-ground production team (Production Manager, Coordinator, Admin Staff and Production Assistant) to support production unit at NEOM</li><li> Streamline production management duties for the NEOM screen office</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 5+ years’ experience in a Film Production Management role internationally and in multiple countries</li><li> Track record of successful end-to-end delivery of Film and TV/Commercial projects and programmes on the ground, from creative briefing and scouting and script discussions through to onsite management, execution, and evaluation.</li><li> Experience in managing film budgets of $5M and above</li><li> Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels</li><li> Third party and supplier management</li><li> Experience of working in the Middle East</li><li> Fluency in Arabic and English</li><li> Bachelor’s Degree</li><li> 5+ years in Global Film Production</li><li> Relevant industry qualifications</li></ul>
