<p>Are you a customer-centric professional with a passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring memorable travel experiences? Halla Travel, a leading travel company in Egypt, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their seamless and enjoyable travel journey.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Customer Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).</li><li>Trip Support: Provide timely and personalized support to customers during their travel, assisting with itinerary changes, accommodations, transportation, and any other trip-related needs.</li><li>Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues during their trip, ensuring prompt solutions and delivering a positive customer experience.</li><li>Travel Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, activities, and local cultural experiences, offering valuable recommendations to enhance the overall travel experience.</li><li>Booking Support: Collaborate with the Reservation Agents and other teams to assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.</li><li>Post-Trip Follow-Up: Conduct post-trip follow-ups to gather feedback from customers, addressing any post-travel concerns, and taking appropriate actions to improve service quality.</li><li>Crisis Management: Handle emergency situations, such as flight cancellations or unexpected disruptions, with composure and efficiency, ensuring travelers’ safety and well-being.</li><li>Customer Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, ensuring accurate information is provided promptly and courteously.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a customer service or travel support role, preferably in the travel industry.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).</li><li>Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Multitasking ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and requests simultaneously.</li><li>Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software and tools.</li><li>Knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and local cultural experiences is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.</li><li>Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support customers’ travel needs.</li><li><strong>&nbsp;Must live in Tanta Or Mahalla Kubra Or Mansurah Will work On Site</strong></li></ul>
