<p>Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for travel? Halla Travel, a leading travel company in Egypt, seeks a dedicated Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, your primary responsibility will be to liaise with hotels, manage booking requests, and ensure seamless availability confirmation for our valued customers.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Hotel Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between Halla Travel and partner hotels. Initiate communication to inquire about room availability, rates, and special requests.</li><li>Booking Management: Receive and process booking requests from customers and travel partners. Verify room availability and promptly respond with confirmation details.</li><li>Room Inventory Management: Monitor hotel room inventory and allocation to ensure accurate availability status in our reservation system.</li><li>Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, modifications, and cancellations related to hotel bookings.</li><li>Reservation Confirmation: Collaborate with hotels to confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer preferences and special requirements.</li><li>Problem Resolution: Address any discrepancies or issues related to bookings and collaborate with hotels to find suitable solutions for customers.</li><li>Communication Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized communication records with hotels to track booking statuses and ensure efficient follow-ups.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to support seamless coordination of bookings and travel arrangements.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a Reservation Agent, Hotel Front Desk, or similar role in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact professionally with hotels and customers.</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and communication threads effectively.</li><li>Proficient computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems and hotel booking platforms.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate and timely reservation confirmations.</li><li>Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and provide exceptional customer support.</li><li>Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required.</li><li>A proactive and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced and dynamic travel environment.</li><li>Passion for travel and a desire to contribute to creating delightful travel experiences for our customers.</li><li><strong>&nbsp;Must live in Tanta Or Mahalla Kubra Or Mansurah Will work On Site</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
