Job Description: Business Development Manager<p><br></p>NAOS Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a corporate startup specializing in EV Charging and emobility solutions.<p><br></p>This post requires someone very passionate about this new and upcoming field and has the creativity and energy to match this field’s immense growth. The ability to quickly adapt and have a future vision is essential to cope with this market’s dynamics and ensure the company continuously provides added value to the market.<p><br></p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction</li><li>Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs</li><li>Ongoing research on market status and competitor activities </li><li>Comprehensive reports and dashboards on the company’s current performance and future activities based on data-driven analysis.</li><li>Arrange business meetings with prospective clients</li><li>Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives</li><li>Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines</li><li>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task</li><li>Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.</li><li>Coordinating between different company departments to analyze and improve company performance</li><li>Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support</li><li>Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers</li><li>Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople</li><li>Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.</li><li>Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events</li><li>Min 5 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role</li><li>Proven sales track record</li><li>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task</li><li>Experience in customer support is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software </li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Market knowledge</li><li>Communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to build rapport</li><li>Time management and planning skills</li><li>BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field</li></ul>
