Job Description
<p><span>Fly Pie UK Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for distributing leads, monitoring the sales team’s interactions with these leads, and ensuring all instructions are followed precisely.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>1. Distribute leads to the sales team and track the progress and follow-up actions taken on these leads.</span></p><p><span>2. Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and evaluate the sales team’s performance through the review of calls.</span></p><p><span>3. Ensure the sales team is compliant with all instructions and guidelines.</span></p><p><span>4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about GDPR and data regulations in various countries.</span></p><p><span>5. Manage our CRM using ZOHO, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.</span></p><p><span>6- Aligning with the mother company’s Data Manager for leads flows and internal data conflicts</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Requirements:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in ZOHO CRM is a must.</span></p><p><span>2. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.</span></p><p><span>3. Understanding of GDPR and data regulations or willingness to learn.</span></p><p><span>4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with team members at all levels.</span></p><p><span>5. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Benefits:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>1.
