<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING AND PR EXECUTIVE </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong> A marketing and PR executive plays a crucial role in the execution of marketing and PR strategies to promote events and the SES Live brand. They are responsible for implementing marketing campaigns and analyzing market trends. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills (English and Arabic), and a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: MARKETING STRATEGY AND PLANNING:</strong> </p><ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. </li><li>Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis. </li><li>Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT: </strong></p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events. </li><li>Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts. </li><li>Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for design, printing, and distribution of marketing collaterals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>DIGITAL MARKETING</strong>: </p><ul><li>Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising. </li><li>Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement SEO strategies. </li><li>Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and leverage them to enhance brand visibility and engagement. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>BRAND MANAGEMENT:</strong> </p><ul><li>Maintain and enhance brand image and identity through consistent messaging and visual presentation. </li><li>Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing activities and materials. </li><li>Support the development and implementation of brand awareness campaigns. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PUBLIC RELATIONS: </strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. </li><li>Draft press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to generate positive media coverage. </li><li>Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and media events. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING: </strong></p><ul><li>Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance and key metrics. </li><li>Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies. </li><li>Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. </li><li>Proven experience in marketing, preferably with agency background </li><li>Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic </li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. </li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.</li></ul>
