Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Conducting thorough research to find suitable places for renting premises to host our coffee stands.</li><li>Performing preliminary assessments of potential locations to ensure compliance with regulations and feasibility.</li><li>Identifying and establishing contact with decision-makers in management companies or property owners.</li><li>Conducting negotiations to secure favorable commercial and legal terms for our company.</li><li>Creating and delivering compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of partnering with Big Smile Coffee.</li><li>Finalizing rental agreements and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new locations.</li><li>Collaborating and communicating effectively with various departments within the company.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><p>We are looking for dynamic individuals who can contribute to our growth and success. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience in sales, including cold calling and establishing strong business relationships.</li><li>Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills to advocate for the best interests of the company.</li><li>High level of mobility and flexibility to travel and explore potential locations.</li><li>Proficiency in English (C1-C2) is essential; knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.</li><li>Preferably, experience in real estate and knowledge of the commercial real estate market in Dubai.</li><li>Possession of a valid UAE driving license is a must; having your own car is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>We value our team members and believe in providing a competitive and rewarding work environment.
