Identify network performance issues related to safety and work with the stations towards resolving the issues to achieve the organizational goals. Further lead all related parties to foster the achievement of performance indicators and continuous improvement of the operations.<p><br></p><strong><u>The Role Includes</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Analyze safety occurrences, update database on a daily basis and ensure notification sent to the concerned stations for investigations.</li><li> Conduct safety risk assessments, investigations and verify non-conformance reported, preparing periodical non-conformance performance reports.</li><li> Monitoring and control the required safety implementation through entire network for safe cargo operations.</li><li> Development of promotional material and campaigns for cargo safety to raise network awareness on the best practices and improve operational performance.</li><li> Regularly evaluate the Network station performance and ensure sent to the stations and effectively managed.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Be part of an extraordinary story </strong><p><br></p>Your skills. Join us as we dare to achieve what’s never been done before.<p><br></p>Together, everything is possible<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p>About you<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of job- related experience</li><li> Good understanding of safety management system</li><li> Good knowledge and hands-on experience in safety investigations and risk assessments</li><li> Advanced MS Office skills</li><li> Ability to liaise with peers and stakeholders in the HUB and around the Network</li><li> Possess skills to manage and represent data on Operational/Commercial performance</li><li> Working knowledge of investigative business analytic system concerning Audits/SMS is preferred</li><li> Ability to develop and deliver safety promotions</li><li> Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About Qatar Airways Group</u></strong><p><br></p>Our story started with four aircraft.
