<strong><u>About The Role</u></strong><p><br></p>You will be responsible for providing primary execution and support to the Finance Officer in carrying treasury operations, including but not limited to bank account management, opening and closing of bank accounts, managing company operational cash and card facilities, monthly reconciliations and month end activities and related accounting. Duties may also include cash-flow monitoring and reporting, daily transactions and payment processing, confirmation of fixed deposits and forex deals, verification of cash payments, monthly bank account reconciliations, petty cash float management, issuance, maintenance and reporting of company Credit/Debit card facilities, letters of Credit and/ or Bank Guarantees.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure bank account management in line with QR bank mandate design, timely updating and deletion of mandate holders along with maintenance of master data. Perform bank account opening &amp; closing activities globally with proper management of documentation and compliance requirements.</li><li>Ensure the documents and other data requirements for bank account maintenance are submitted to banks in a timely manner so that the accounts are fully operational and active at all times.</li><li>Ensure that bank charges or any other charges are monitored and aligned with the business on a regular basis.</li><li>Global banking troubleshooting for various stakeholders to ensure smooth banking/ transactional operations.</li><li>Ensure proper completion of user management i.e., setup/ issuance of online access t users in online banking portal or other platforms.</li><li>Ensure that the bank specific requirements related to the online access of authorized signatories are proactively tracked and managed in a timely manner so that the access is live for authorization at all times.</li><li>Support in reviewing end-to-end processes of daily tasks and explore areas of development to ensure effective turnaround time with minimal manual intervention.</li><li>Assist and provide support to the finance officers with the issuance, maintenance and cancellation of company credit and debit cards, as well as the maintenance of the corporate CC/DC database.</li><li>Effective stakeholder and communication management to ensure proper delivery of assignments related to task.</li><li>Support management with audit inquiries and requirements related to year-end balance confirmations, supporting file bookkeeping etc.</li><li>Assist and provide support to the Finance officer with the placement, renewal, and termination of QR cash balances in various investment vehicles. Prepare analysis and reports as required.</li><li>Ensure proper and accurate accounting of transactions in QR books.</li><li>Other duties as required by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Be part of an extraordinary story</strong><p><br></p>Your skills.
