<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve rapid market share growth while maintaining exceptional customer service levels. You will lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, drive customer satisfaction, and optimize the performance of the retail division.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and set individual sales goals to drive sales team performance and meet business targets. </li><li>Collaborate with the production team, marketing staff, sales management, and peers to develop accurate sales forecasts for new products, ensuring effective planning and inventory management. </li><li>Design and implement a sales strategy to achieve rapid market share growth while maintaining the highest level of service to the market. </li><li>Stay updated on new products, mapping technologies, retail market conditions, and promotional trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. </li><li>Conduct continuous market studies to research potential clients and upcoming projects, estimating volumes of concrete, and presenting reports to the management team.</li><li>Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution, reporting all complaints to the central management for analysis and improvement. </li><li>Take responsibility for engagement, retention, recruitment, coaching, motivating, and developing the sales team to optimize their performance and overall productivity. </li><li>Drive sales and service levels across the retail division, fostering a customer-centric approach and maintaining customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”> </span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Over 5 years of sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team. </li><li>Experience in the construction industry is preferred, with knowledge of construction materials and industry dynamics. </li><li>Previous experience in team management, sales management, and client credit valuation, displaying strong leadership and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Good command of the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.</li></ul>
