Robert Walters Middle East is hiring for a Head of Brand with a leading government entity in Riyadh, KSA. Due to Saudization this role is only open to KSA nationals<p><br></p><strong><u>The Ideal Candidate Should Have</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communication.</li><li>Around 15 years of experience in the marketing/branding or communication field.</li><li>Hands-on experience in developing brand strategies and planning.</li><li>Experience in managing brand consultants.</li><li>A successful track record in brand strategy development and rollout</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities Are</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversee the brand strategy, planning, development, execution, and coherence of communication strategy.</li><li>Lead the development and execution of brand identity, brand experience, and brand culture.</li><li>Ensure the brand is being lived and delivered consistently across all touch points internally and externally, adhering to its standards.</li><li>Establish brand partnerships and secure co-marketing efforts to drive reach, culture, conversation, and awareness.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact with internal and external agencies and partners, providing strategic and creative feedback while managing brand approvals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the research and insights team to track the health of the brand, such as brand performance, preference, and perceived value, using findings to influence ongoing strategies or introduce new ones.</li><li>Act as the go-to-market planner for campaigns, ensuring message consistency, execution coherence, and streamlined channels.</li><li>Lead communications planning and initiatives for the company.</li><li>Demonstrate strategic communication planning skills, leveraging research and data to derive audience and strategic insights.</li><li>Be results-oriented and capable of developing impactful marketing strategies.</li></ul>
