<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>Report to: Contact Centre Supervisor </strong><p><br></p>We are looking for people who are hardworking, motivated, driven and of course fun! As the CS Inbound Sales Agent you will be required to sell a range of National Pen products to <strong>new and existing customers</strong> answering inbound telephone sales queries from the National Pen mailing campaigns. In doing so, you will provide our customers with an incredible service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.<p><br></p><strong>What you will do:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Answer inbound sales calls from the mailing campaigns</li><li>Propose suitable products and solutions to callers</li><li>Ensure any customer issues are dealt within an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products</li><li>Explaining our product range to new customers and proposing some suitable products and offers</li><li>Verifying the order and customer details over the phone</li><li>Achieve weekly individual sales targets </li><li>Attend weekly team catch up meetings</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes </li><li>Receive on-going training, support and coaching </li><li>Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management</li><li>Cover other miscellaneous tasks if time allows including text translations, customer queries from Facebook and Trustpilot product feedback</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What we need from you:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Fluent in English </li><li>Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, building relationships with key decision makers</li><li>Passionate about deserving customer service and customer expectation</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills </li><li>Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure</li><li>An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills</li><li>Excellent PC skills essential </li><li>Highly organised with a strong attention to detail </li><li>Self-motivated and goal oriented</li><li>Be a team player</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What we offer you:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent salary – great work is rewarded!</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>First day induction</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Continuous coaching and mentoring</li><li>Career development program</li><li>Vouchers</li><li>Multicultural environment</li><li>Amazing employee referral program so you can bring your friends</li><li>Meal & voucher </li><li>Transportation </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>About National Pen</strong><p><br></p>In business for over 50 years, National Pen is a world class provider of personalized marketing solutions.
